Will New Arrows be like the Old ones?

I don't remember for sure, but I think the reason some arrows are so rough is because, there is a small space between the bottom wheel and the track. Or something like that. Will the new arrow proform like the old ones after a few years?

I don't think so. The new Arrows have look like they have smoother transitions and B&M smoothness. One can only hope...
