Wildlife park planned for Bonifay, Florida area

Several years ago local officials announced that world-famous animal handler Jim Fowler planned to build a wildlife park in Jackson County, but that famously fell through. Now Fowler and his partners in Parks and Wildlife Services have put a $50,000 deposit on 760 acres of land in Washington and Holmes County, and a safari park looks to be a go for those neighboring counties.
