sounds like a great idea a medium size park with a hotel included. now you cant build anything unless you also build a hotel in conjuction with any new property. Its called complexing. I build large hotels for a living. I am working on two in Atlantic city and two in las vegas. you HAVE to have someplace for people to stay , eat and drink,, also sleep. we are creatures of habit and conveince.and we are basically lazy. we love to have everything right in our faces, besides it makes it so much easier and makes a vacation more injoyable. We want to eat ,ride ,drink ,gamble ,sleep all under the same roof. it is the wave of the future. look at any interprising theme park, aka,, Cedar Point. the room availability is about 1500. Look at Wheeling Island ,Casino and gaming Resort, they jusy completed a 10 story hotel that is filled to capasity always . So is Mountaineer Horse track and Gaming resort. They just finished a beautiful hotel 200 room s. Exstensivelly themed .it So look for more complexing to be builded in the future.Kennywood in Pittsburgh just purchased a parcel of land accross the street from the park which an exspansion project will be underway soon and in there plans is ... a hotel.
You may build hotels, but your spelling equals a leaky roof.
