WOW! Never thought I'd see an amusement park for sale in a mail order catalog!!! Perhaps this is some kind of a future trend?

Not saying it can't be profitable, but there's not necessarily much room for growth and some close residential properties. 23 acres isn't much. Might be better off as a site for renaissance like fests in a Wild West theme. absorb that KoA for starters, offer your own overnight accommodations. Wild West museum/restaurant/kiddy park needs a reboot. I dig the turn of the 20th century Wild West town thing, really dig the Edison phonographs..it's just not something that I would ever visit more than once I think.

This is odd. They put themselves up on Ebay about 4 years ago. I hope it stays a park. Nice place. As Richard said, the museum is awesome.
