Wild Wadi on "Amazing Race"

Well, first of all, they didn't make anyone get their heads shaved... Brandon and Nicole opted not to.

And, I really don't understand the obsession with hair anyway. Nicole was acting like shaving her head would be the worst thing in the world. So she'd look silly for two weeks, then she'd have a cute short cut for a while, and then it'd be back to normal. So what?

She's lucky she didn't have to do some other country's "rituals"... maybe feet-binding or female genital mutilation. I don't think that can be done on network TV though. ;)

Yeah seriously, give up your hair or a decent shot at winning $1 million? Especially after all you allreday had to do to get to that point. I know which one I'd opt for.
I agree getting the head shaved is no big deal, however the two of them are models in normal life. I suppose it may have hurt the careers they already have and they're potential income. A big problem when they get eliminated and end up not winning the grand prize money.

I do miss my Charla and Mirna, though, they were the best

I don't miss them at all. The "I'm a victim" routine got old after episode 1.

Their mouths said, "We don't need any help," but their actions said otherwise. I am so glad they're gone.

Shaggy set up the perfect comeback when he said:

I agree 100%, but then I recently did shave my head... and not to win a competition.

Oooh...and I bet you look HOT HOT HOT! ;)

mOOSH [that never gets old!]

LOL,

Must admit Moosh... I liked it when I did it. Others liked it too... wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

Actually doing it again tonight... it's a very "freeing" feeling. You should try it sometime.

It's all on topic Den... I mean, when you shave your head, it makes for a speedier ride on a slide. LOL

Shaggy.... or maybe no so Shaggy these days...

Shaggy

I just did the same thing, Shaggy, and I agree, very "freeing".

Oh, and Tina, I watch Nip/Tuck as well, so maybe we should start a support group.

Which is why they were the most devious and strategic players the game has ever seen.

I'm pulling for Chip and Kim also. Colin is a jagoff (as we say in Pittsburgh). Should've thrown his sorry ass in jail. And I can't stand those twins either.
Finally! Some people who understand my love for the Amazing Race. Thank You! Nobody I work with, or know anywhere else can see what the hoopla is all about. Gotta check out the episode, (missed it the other night because of the earlier time it was on), they usually replay it on Saturday nights.

Best. Reality. Moment. Evar. I was in histerics at how stupid he was to think he could get away with that.

Chattanooga needs a ITG2 Machine!
There is a new water park in Mackinaw City, MI that also has a method for purchasing items without cash. Each person receives a wrist band when they enter the park. Each wrist band has a bar code that can be pre-charged to any amount of money. Then when you buy things in the park, you just have the wrist band scanned. It is a very good system for this type of park, since carrying your wallet is inconvenient.
I'm rooting for the bowling moms first and Chip and Kim second. I can't stand the other 3! The twins are just beyond stupid. They'd probably still be in Egypt today if Chip hadn't told them where the clue was. I also loved when they "swam" to the island pit stop when every other team walked through the water.

Yes, the wonder twins are clueless, but you gotta love them!
Darn it, I didnt know that this water park was that good. I had the chance of going last year. Ended up going to another waterpark in Dubai becuase they also had a couple of small coasters and an S&S space shot. Well, maybe I will get the chance again next year. If not, I plan on returning when Dubailand is built. Such a great city and country.
