Do you mean the train itself or the structure? The structure is natural, and it has to do that (or break). As for the trains, I've never seen a CCI with sloppy track gauge, but I suppose it could happen from a lack of care.

Villain does that at SFWoA. Its the trains though. The trains are not good at taking turns, so they do wiggle. But it makes the ride more intense ;)

As to CCI's with sloppy track gague:
When we were at Morey's Piers last August, my wife and I struck up a conversation with one of the maintenance people for Great White (a CCI). He explained how they installed some sort of "braces" under the track that they can adjust to keep the gague from becoming uneven. So, yes, CCI's, like all coasters, can have their tracks have "guage problems", but with proper maintenance this is not a problem.
The Cannonball Run also seems to be some sort of "bastard" CCI, as they don't even claim it on their site.
I believe it may have "issues."
