Welcome to Batman Knight Flight, America's longest floorless coaster.

The ride looks very close to the midway.Good photo opportunities.

You bet it is. There are a few sections of fence they can remove right outside of the station (presumably where they mount the cars under a removable track section) and you can get really close. Other than that, the whole length of the ride is along the midway fence.

From what ive seen of this ride it looks like I would prefer a Back holding brake better. Thats my favorite part of the ride on impulses and this impulse doesn't have it so im not sure how much ill like it. I guess I will find out in August.

This is gonna be one awsome ride on Sunday. Im looking forward to see how the towers sway. Im not expecting alot but they should have some. I would probably like the back the best, you can actually look down and see how high it really is.

Tonight I'm finding out if I'm going sunday or next saturday depending if I'm scheduled to work. (Stupid retail) Hopefully I'll be there sunday.

Back seat here I come!!!!!!!!!

Two seconds hanging still or whirling toward the ground 450 degrees... yeah, I can see how even not having done both you'd prefer the holding brake.

Gotta love Cedar Point... if it's not blind faith it's refusal to like anything they do.

I can't wait till sunday. i'll be leaving here( which is michigan, 45 miles north of Detroit) at about 10 a.m. tomorrow. and will be staying at a local camp ground. Hopefully it isn't to cold. I'll see you all sunday.

I too would like to say that as "my opinion" I would rather have seen Wicked Twister have a holding break on the back or forward section rather than both spikes being relatively the same even though I have not rode either coaster and really can't compare wicked twister to other ones wich are little bit smaller and don't twist as much.

In "my opinion" Wicked Twister would be more appealing to "me" if it had a Holding Break on one of the Spikes. That way it would have offered both the thrill of twisting and being suspended 200 ft or so in the air, one of the best qualities of the Deja Vu coasters.

Anybody else like to share there thoughts?

I wonder how Cedar Point will try to keep waiting time down for this ride since it has only one train. Hopefully they'll offer a reserved ride time like some parks have been offering lately.

I can see this isnt much more than Six Flags version. Im sure its a pleasant ride, but without the holding brake, Im just gonna give it this reaction: Neh (wave of hand in slight amusment)

"two seconds hanging..."

Actually, according to the Behind the Scenes show that was on last year, The rear spike brake (on S:UE) holds for a whopping 1/10th of a second! Crikey!

Try Deja Vu and hang like that for like 30 full seconds!

Personaaly, I think I'll prefer the spinning of WT. 2.5 weeks til I'm there!

Today on the WFMJ TV-21 morning show the newscaster said..."That's the exact same ride I rode at Six Flags!"

I thought that was pretty funny...that's the GP's view on it.

You know what I like about Wicked Twister? That it isn't like the other impulse coasters. See in the other ones you have to fight for the front if you want the twist, kinda like fighting for Millennium Force. With Wicked Twister, whether you sit in the front or the back you can hit the twist
