Wicked Twister...

If you can ride MF, then you sure as hell can ride WT lol. It's a lot less scary than MF.
WT is really fun and safe but I only have one beef - the seating. You can only really pick your seat if your lucky. You'll know what I mean when you get there.

-----------------
If you like Wicked Twister in the back, does that mean you like to get screwed in the rear?

I agree with cpastingohio. The MF is so smooth it is not scary at all.

Thanks! Just two more questions:

Does the launch really take you by surprise or do you know when it's coming?

And

How much better/scarier is the back seat than everything else and how long extra is the wait for it?

Thanks again.

How do your ears bleed? I thought they were made of cartilage (sp) :-P

-It is safe. The towers are actually supposed to sway. They would break if they didn't.
-It goes 72 mph and goes 206ft up the 215ft towers.
-If your talking about the forces and stuff there doesn't seem to be that much stress on it. Although you might wanna watch those restraints. They are uncomfortable for guys, especially when the G's push it down a bit.
-Save the freeway for MF, WT is good but MF is better and has longer lines.
-WT is definitely fun. Make sure to sit in the very last seat or car.

I dream because I fear...I fear because I dream.

The launch isnt even as scary as S:UE at Sfwoa. But it just really depends, cause WT is a little scarier in general than S:ue.

It just depends what ride ops you get. At Cp: when i was there, just like FortunesFoe said, they count down, 3, 2, 1, and you take off right then. So you can expect when it's coming.

The last couple time at Sfwoa, on S:ue they just try to have fun, but sometimes it can really exhilerating. They'll say "Clear" and then wait a whole 10-15 seconds before launching lol.

Waiting a whole 10-15 seconds sounds typical of a place that doesn't care about capacity...

And then I rode S: UE again, and one went "5... 4... ahh, who gives a crap, BUH BYE!"

Well, the ride ops say "Clear. Clear for launch in 3... 2... 1...." so the launch isn't any surprise.

The back seat gets more spiral in the back tower, which is the one you go farthest up, so however long the wait is, it's worth it!

on the front seats, you spiral up the front tower further, but it's not as disorienting since you can SEE the track. On the back (where I got my 1 spin on WT), you spiral upward without seeing the track....seems like it SHOULD be the better ride....I know I loved it...
What's it like going backwards?

The same as going forward only in reverse ;)

If that doesn't get me the Mr. Obvious award I don't know what will.
