why was the outter limits taken out of the Flight OF Fear Name? J/w

I think Outer Limits was removed because the license was up.

Too much red tape to go through in order to keep the name...I think Flight of Fear just sounds betetr anyway...the Outer Limits just added additional words and took away from the name.

You might be the only one. Everybody else seems to be bent on calling it "Outer Limits", completely ignoring the "Flight of Fear" part. Heck, even the workers @ PKD still call it Outer limits.

Isn't it like all the other Paramount rides names after their productions? They are not timeless.....add Tomb Raider to that list.

I'm pretty sure the liscense expired too. IMO it sounds better the way it is now.

What license it's a Paramount show they autimatically have the license just liek Universal has the rights to say The Incredible Hulk.

Not necessarily. The original Outer Limits was not Paramount, and they could have been borrowing the rights anyway for the new version of the show, which was stopped as was mentioned above.

Yes I mentioned it, they took the name off when they stopped the show. The events coincided.

KI ride ops still call it "OL"
