Why is Batwing having so many problems?

Hey last wend. i went to sixflags america and i did'not get to ride batwing cause it would break down for 5 min then would be fixed. it's really pissing me off that it's doing that. can anyone tell me why Batwing is having so many problems! *** This post was edited by coaster8888777 on 8/5/2001. ***

Easy to explain that:

It's still a fairly new coaster "type" there are surely going to be more bugs to be worked on as the years go on.

Vekoma as had some rough luck with their coasters lately. I hope this isnt a "downward spiral" trend for them

If you ever get to the trains, just take a look at the control boxes on the backs of the seats. Because of the tilting mechanism and the complex reatraints, these things are much more complex than any other coaster trains. At this time Vekoma is having serious problems with the task of getting them to work reliably. I think that they may have over reached themselves with building 19 new coasters this year including several with innovative designs.
