Why hasn't Cedar Point announced the new ride yet?

Hello everyone. I'm sure this isn't the first time this topic has come up. But I live in North Eastern Ohio and have been aniouxsly awaiting the arrival of the new Rollercoaster. So Please fill me in and share ideas. I'm new here so make my first topic a good one!

It will be anounced shortly, before the Annual Review packet is released. Cedar Fair announced xcelerator in late december, didn't they, after track started showing up.
