Why did they take one car off of Sea Dragon?

I don't know if any of you have been to Wyandot Lake lately, but I noticed that they took one car off of the Sea Dragon. I know if isn't a big deal, but I was just wondering if you knew if they were working on it or what? I walked up to the station and asked the ride op, but he didn't even speak English so I was just wondering........thanks!

Rumor has it that Car #2 was suffering from some mechanical troubles this season; they were able to solve their problems by removing that car from the train.

No word on what this means for the ride for next year.

I heard it was because the last train was producing high positive and negative G's and its a known fact that the citizens of Columbus, OH are wusses.

We are not wusses...we just don't have all the excitement of fires, riots, floods, and earthquakes like you Los Angeleans do. Besides, we all know Sea Dragon kicks X's butt all the way back to California :)

Um, I present to Moosh someone that is a citizen of Ohio's capitol AND a person that welcomes some intense rides!

I'll get to check out this 3-car monstrosity tonight as a matter of fact. Funny they removed one since it barely made it around with 4 cars! Still, it's the best junior woodie IMO. Gotta love flanged wheels, brake levers and the curved loading. Most certainly the best coaster there. ;)

Model coasters and rides

Brad- they were also loading people where you usually would get off the ride when I went. See if they do that tonight when you go. I was talking to Jess online and I said I'll hopefully try to make it tonight!
