Why can't we be friends?

I've notice a lot of bad vibes that are crawling all over this site. I think it's time to get back to a discussion about roller coasters and amusemnt parks.

All I see on this forum is finger pointing and people just being negative when they post. Why can't we just "bite our tounges" and step up to being grown adults.

People are taking sides and a mini-war is brewing. I thought this site was supposed to be a family site?

I'm not blaming anyone and I don't think anybody else should point blame. I know I am responsible for some of the negative energy that is floating around this site too. I'm just asking for a call for peace. I think a we need to get back to what matters, coasters, parks, humor, and just being able to come on-line and have a good time. There is enough negative stuff on the internet as it is, we don't need to be bringing it to this site.

I just ask for people to read this post with a want and will to change what this is becoming. From paying members, mods, and regular users we ALL need to try and put a stop to this "dog eat dog" atmosphere.

I think it would be great is we just could get along on this site, people have differences(that's what makes us "people") we shouldn't be exploiting them.

Maybe we could all have some meditation time, and all would be well...

Yeah right. I truly don't find the people on this site very rude; just saying what they believe, not just happy pappy stuff. They voice their opinions, you voice yours. There are some very good points made on the boards, and I think this is always going to stay the same. (Good thing.)

I really don't see much "negative energy;" isn't that a term used in Fung Shui? For your post, I see you appearing on ARN&R very soon.

The only non-discussion is pointless threads like this.

People disagree. Deal with it. If that's not something you can handle, you should avoid the Internet, nay, real life.
