Who would buy Mr Hydes over Demond Drop?

Oh how about end-to-end! Down one tower, up the next, then fall back head-first up the first tower again, fall, roll up the second tower again, fall head first, and over and over.

Valley : The Ride ;)

Actually, they are 131ft, and the totally vertical section is 60ft. I am saying take that part, and now you have a 191ft drop. You will have to add to the run out.

With the weight of the car, THAT would be an intense drop.

Or, buy both of them, put them next to each other, and make the World's first racing drop towers. Hmm, Six Flags could buy them, and then only run one anyway. ;)

I've often wondered from time to time, how to write good poetry- and make it all... Work.
lmao...just send them to iraq...givea an exucuse to look like weapons of mass destruction ;)
Moosh, I built one of those out of Knex, actually! It even worked too, a chain took it all the way to the top of one tower, where it was dropped and then traveled up the next one. I built it out of the original Knex roller coaster, so I had to fashion a system to keep the car on the track. It worked quite well for an original design.

I'm sure I could find pics if anyone was interested...

Some please correct me if im wrong, but didnt a Demon Drop car wind up in the parking lot at one time? Sorry if this is not true.

Sea monkeys always die no matter what the box says
Not true.. yet another urban park legend.

Right up there with the woman who got her hair caught at the top of Power Tower, the Magnum is sinking, and a few others.

Now the green train on MF. THAT one is true. ;)

Velvet: LOL, I remember that rumor. It was around 1984 or so. The story, as I remember: The break failed and a full car of people were launched over the fence and some 100 feet into the parking lot where is crashed landed in the back to a pick-up truck.

True urban legend.

I heard someone suggest that as a Halloweekends prop.

"True urban legend"....that's an oxymoron. ;)
