Who won before Cedar Point?

In the Golden Ticket Awards, Cedar Point has won for "Four years straight"...

Which park won the year before that? And the year before?

A park without a hypercoaster is like a fish without a bicicle.

The oldest Golden Ticket Information I could find on the 'net is only 2000. Here is a link to those results... http://web.archive.org/web/20010411234317/amusementtoday.com/g_ticket_park_ride.html

And here is 2001's http://web.archive.org/web/20011221165116/amusementtoday.com/g_ticket_park_ride.html

Cedar Point has won the best park distinction five years in a row. And the Golden Tickets have also been awarded for only the last five years.

Hope this helps -- culled it from a Cedar press release earlier this year.
