Who is building a blue B&M?

They always say to much curiosity can get you in trouble but I just cant stand it. A couple of weeks ago a person who posts on the UNWOF board saw some blue B&M track headed east on I-70 Now its more then wishful thinking even imaging it going to Worlds of Fun, that kind of thing just wouldnt happen and with the future I dont see it happening any time soon (aka CP is probably getting the coaster next year):( Anway back on topic this really makes me wonder who is getting the track? Who is still in the process of building a blue B&M coaster? It cant be Wildfire because well first off wrong direction second if its completed. I hope someone can satisfy my curiosity because its just driving me nuts. :)
