Whizzer last day confirmed as Aug 11

Talked to a park employee tonight at sfgam who had an employee newsletter confirming that whizzer will cease operations on aug 11. No info on the replacement though.

I will be there for the last rides, anyone else in?

Hmmmm...I would hardly call that confirmed. The Lemon Chill Guy isn't that trusty, is he? There may be some truth to that rumor though, I heard from a fairly reliable source the 12th. If that's the case, I'll be there.

Like I said before, this is a strong rumor thats bordering fact, but until we hear an official announcement, we arent going to get people worked up.
