Whiplash! - CoasterBuzz

Have you ever got those little peeps to have whip lash? It's pretty funny. You just sick some brakes when the train is moving very fast and whamo! The best part is when they try to snap their heads back into place!

Ok, I dug this one up for a reason. This interests me. Has anybody had this happen to them too because I have never seen that?

I've never had it done. I have had a coaster going extremely fast into the brake run but I don't remember actually seeing them have whiplash and try to snap their heads back into place. That'd be pretty cool to see on RCT tho.

It doesn't do that. I have buil coasters that go over 600mph and stop in like 2 seconds and the peeps don't move.

But Mathayman, how did you get a coaster going over 600mph? The fastest I've ever gotten is like 330 or something, and that's using a trainer

I've done it going moderately fast. Just build a vertical drop coaster and have a 4 mph break right after the drop. But you don't see their heads whip.

I lost my hat on Poison Ivy. How pathetic.

To make a coaster go 600 MPH, build a hyper B&M, use launched lift when ever going up, and just go up then down, up then down.

...and have an intensity under 10? No way, I do that all the time
