Which parks have parking trams?

Just a question I've been wondering. Which parks do have trams to and from the parking lot. Both Six Flags parks here in Cali do (even if MM's is horrible) but a lot of parks do not.
HERSHEYPARK has one that is ok
My question isn't which parks have them, but which parks actually use them? I've seen more sitting idle then actually doing what they were built to do, even on the busiest of days.

Yeah is Good!
Marine World always uses them because of parking lot being a long way from the front gate. When it's busy, they can run as many as 5 of the old Chance Sunliners.
Dollywood! It's over a mile to the back section of the lot.
SFoG and SFNE both have parking lot tram service.

Schwarzkopf shuttle loops...The most possible fun in 36 seconds.

Rough list-
  • Busch Gardens Tampa & Williamsburg
  • Silver Dollar City
  • Dollywood
  • Hersheypark
  • Walt Disney World parks
  • Disneyland
  • Sea World parks
  • Six Flags Over Texas
  • Six Flags Over Georgia...sometimes
  • Six Flags New England
  • Fiesta Texas

Carowinds, Kings Island, and Cedar Point use to have trams. Universal Studios Florida did as well, but after the parking decks were built they were no longer necessary.

Dollywood's operation is interesting in particular due to the variety of trams used- There are three old Universal Studios trams, three new Chance trams, and two modified Ford busses.

Knoebels has one and uses it A LOT!

If you can't stand the heights, get out of the line.

SFSTL still techniclly has both the red and blue trams, there jsut sitting in a grassy knoell.

Bit of trival, it seems many of the SF trams that were bought in the 80's were manufactured by Jeep. Look at the hub caps.

Kennywood uses busses as well as the ski lift (Kenny's Parkway) to the upper parking level, but only on really busy days.

Holiday World has a couple of trams (although, most of the parking there is close enough to walk to the gate)
Paramount's Kings Island still has theirs and it is in use about 90% of the time depending upon attendance.

Six Flags over Texas has one, but I don't know how often they run it.
The interesting thing is the smaller parks with "free" parking that offer tram service. Holiday World and Knoebels jump immediately to mind.

Kings Island just bought a couple of new trams and I can't for the life of me figure out why, considering that while the old ones took turns beautifully, the new ones have the turning radius of a self-unloader.

Holiday World actually has, or at least had, one of their older parking trams up for sale.

I had the chance to try to drive one of the WDW parking lot tram before. It was quite the experience! They're so well designed, you just have to drive the front... and the rest just follows perfectly.

Be careful with what links you post Dave! Here in Canada, Mr. Paul Martin, who owns Canada Steamship lines has been under fire due to those boats! Why? Simply cause even through he was Canada's finance minister and then prime minister, he never saw fit to register the boats under a canadian flag. Later on, he abolished all the "tax shelters", except for Barbados, which also happens to be the place the boats are registered at...

Actually, I picked that link because I have actually seen the Atlantic Erie fairly close-up...it was cruising through the channel towards the Sandusky coal docks while I was riding Magnum XL-200. As we were cruising through the turnaround, the boat was close enough that I could make out the people in the wheelhouse. I know nothing about the CSL (apart from the web address prominently featured on the Atlantic Erie) and very little about Mr. Martin. :)

The Disney trams are a thing of beauty to see in action (watch them going around a "keyhole" turn, where the tram is simultaneously turning in three directions!). Thing is, those were designed by Karl Bacon and Ed Morgan, whose names should be familiar to you. Kings Island's old tram cars weren't the same configuration, but they had the same pedigree, with the Arrow Development logo clearly visible on each car.
