In one of the first 2 cars on the third hill. Can you say heaven?"
scanz- i totally agree that s:ros at sfdl's airtime on the drop, third hill, somewhat on the second hill and definently on the bunny hops is out of control!!!!! (just the way i like it) Not to mention the insane postive g's on the helices ------------- "who needs drugs when you have coasters...they're like a natural high"
back seat on s:ros (sfdl) RULES!!!!!!!! i actually felt the need to put my hands down on the first drop! ------------- "who needs drugs when you have coasters...they're like a natural high"
While I haven't been on most of the coasters mentioned here, I'd have to vote for one overlooked airtime coaster: the Corkscrew at Cedar Point. I always get massive airtime over the floater hill before the loop, and after the loop while going into the level/turn part. It doesn't matter what seat you're in, you won't be touching it anyway!
no it is all about superman and both versions. SFNE and SFDL they both pack a punch
Of all the coasters I've been on - including Magnum, Shivering Timbers, Phoenix, Rampage, S:ROS, MF, etc. - I must concur with mr. john peck and say the legendary Screechin' Eagle has the most FORCEFUL air. It's just too bad no one may ever get to experience that again ...
------------- Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.
The left side turnaround and hills before it on rolling thunder at SFGAdv launches you out of your seat like you are on the sling shot. People won't go on it because there is so much airtime. I almost came out of my seat after hitting the lapbar.
------------- Nitro: The Most Explosive Coaster on the Planet explodes at Six Flags Great Adventure in 2001.
SROS at SFNE
TEXAS GIANT !!!! On the First drop There is MAXIMUM air time !!
My definition of "forceful" airtime would be the coasters with floater air. Magnum has hurtful air which is both good and bad "hurt" for me at the same time. So my winner goes to PR and especially in the back. Going through the double down in the back is like riding the back of a bull

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the pile driver on the Legend. That is the most "forceful" air of the wood I've ridden. It makes you wish there was a bit more padding in those trains...
------------- So many coasters - so little time.
I never been on Phantoms revenge but i would say MF is one of the coasters that gave me the most forcfull air time on the drop i wasent even toching my seat after that not much more air time that could compare to its first drop air time.thats on steel on wooden i would say thunderhauk at dorney park after the frist drop and the straiht away area with the littel dip when it makes that clim you get asem air time and if you tighten ur seat belt tight enough u'll get bruced by the lap bar.if not thunderhauk then the coney island cyclone on the first two drops of the coaster it feels like it wants to trou you out the train.
Shivering Timbers
Cyclops's "big hill" for wood, Raging Bull's first drop, back row for steel. ------------- Bull rides: 81 Shockwave rides: 55
IGGY "KING OF COASTERS" said: "One word again.........CYCLOPS total ejection!!!!!"
We heard you the first time.
------------- Do your own homework!
IF this was 1978, I would say Colossus. But its not, so I will go with Ghostrider. Perilous Plunge gets an honorable mention because like someone said about, it almost hurts.
from what ive been on, magnum gives the most ejector air. MF gave the most floater. For wood, i would have to say Big Dipper at SFWOA. I love that ride. it is really fun.
magnum
ditto
My vote would have to be the back seat of Millennium on the first drop. It punches some force and on top of that you think you're going head over heels 300 feet in the air with that quick punch!
------------- 8 feet higher and a 6.5 feet longer drop, could never contest with a 80 degree, non-braking giga-coaster... Sorry, Steel Dragon 2000
