I was just wondering where CP would build their next coaster because it seems like they don't have any room for expansion, anyone have any ideas?

It's the return of the most innacurate rumor on the net about CP!
I don't have the time to elaborate (I'm sure someone else will), but CP has PLENTY of room for new coasters in the future.
They can tear out the Magnum because it is sinking into Lake Erie.:) Kidding

If they printed out all the message boards on the net about this topic. They could use the paper to build a island in Lake Erie. Then they would have a place to build it
LMAO - good one YZ10! I agree. :)
Seriously, where would you think they'd build a 300+ foot coaster? They can always surprise you at where they can manuever something great.

Anywhere. Look at how Hershey shoehorned Great Bear in a spot that doesn't seem like it could have a coaster. Look at the rides at Morey's Piers or Cornball Express. A coaster could go just about anywhere at CP, they just need a little land for a station and queue.
I say that Cedar Point has a space problem: They only have room for a few dozen more coasters.

Maybe they can build a coaster on the lake...just a thought.
Cedar Point dosen't have a space problem(TM).

Cedar point could build a new coaster on the lake or get read of some parking areas in the old parking lot. Cedar Point will not tear down the Magnum for a long long long time.
Cedar Point has plenty of room and should be albe to keep build ing for 15 years if not longer they will just keep tearing out the old parking lots and moving closer to shore. If I was CP i would wpend some money on keeping the Magnum from sinking instead of building another coaster in the future.if they are goign to build more then 1 coaster in a year

Cedar Point, doesn't get any better then that:)
Magnum is not sinking... And Cedar Point won't build into the lake because they don't own it.. and well the coaster would be bye bye during the first winter..

Since I have some time to waste this morning...
Tear down Frontier Lift station and Town Hall Museum (relocating innards elsewhere for exhibition); twine wooden coaster around CCMR or Snake River... Tear down dorms between Corkscrew and Breakers, build a coaster... Run coaster along/around/over Thunder Canyon with station in Frontiertown near Wave Swinger... Removing Pirate Ride, moving Silver Dollar Cafe allows room for station and lift hill, send the track where you will... Buh-bye Oceana, put a coaster over there...
Cedar Point seems to have plenty of room to build coaster without tearing out parking lots (which I don't think will ever happen, since they would then be burdened with transporting all those people back and forth) or building rides in the lake.
The Frontier Lift station is part to the Mine Ride Station exit.

I'm thinking that if they can build a new coaster they can build a new exit ramp....
i heard they were gonna put a wood with steel supports over the lake
If anyone has been to indiana beach recently then they know what I am talking about. If cedarpoint started running out of open space , but they are not we are told, then they could build the coaster and put it on stilts like cornball express. I have heard anyone mention the lagoon yet either.
