On the interview wit Arrow Dynamics, they said they were preparing 4D's for two other SF parks. Obviously, these 4D's won't be built until 2002. Which do you think these parks will be?
Hopefully SFNE!

SFNE 2001
It doesn't have to be a Six Flags park. I heard a rumor that Cedar Point is interested. What about a Busch park? But SF needs some new coasters in some of their forgotten parks (with all the buyouts going on)...SF St. Louis for example.
Maybe to SFGadv. That would be sweet. Even though I love GASM, I wouldn't mind it being scraped for an Arrow 4D.
SFGAm, anyone? ;) I think Darien Lake should get one of these. They have alot of room people tell me and it just seems like a perfect match in my opinion. This would get the people coming from Toronto.

Jack, who can't wait for opening day 2001...
I thought the rumor was just they where preparing them for two parks, not saying which one or even which company. If it is true about a SF park getting one of these, it'll probably be a big flagship type park. Since SFMM has one, SFGadv is getting Nitro, and SFGam is getting two this year, I can see one going to SFWoA. Mainly because of a little park about an hour west. With the second going to either SFDL or SFNE.

Don't mess with the X in 01
Noone has even mentioned a paramount park. For example, PKI has a lot of room to build, especially back by the Beast, and the Action Zone (but its a little cramped right now as is). Could be an option.

I agree with the possibility of PKI getting one of the 4d's. Just think about it
-They need a new steel coaster
-It seems likely they will be building something big in 2002
-PKI has a history with Arrow. They've built 5 coasters together (Screamin Demon, Bat, Vortex, Adventure Express, Top Gun)
Just my two cents worth
What is 4d?

Coasting_Ohio-I 4th Dimension coaster. X is the first to be built.
To the rest of ya-I just read the Industry News article about the Arrow 4D. It doesn't say they are for SF parks, but I just assume since SF is always the pioneer of new rides and htat they probably have an exclusive deal. Also, the purchases of X and the 2 new ones are so close that it would only make sense that SF purchased 2 more. I doubt another park chain decided to buy one that quickly!
Could a 4D fit into the footprint of Drachen Fire?

Is it just me or does Hypersonic look like one of those coasters you would see on Looney Toons?
