1989 - At an amusement park in Santa Clara, California, a nine-year-old boy was crushed to death when he tried to jump out of a log-flume boat he was riding in, and became wedged under the boat instead.

... and PGA has a log flume. I think they only have 1 now. SFGAm has both still!!! And let me think, it doesn't do anything to the ride experience. Maybe if they would have both open all the time, and all 4 drops it would be better.
