When will Viper at SFoG be taken down?

Does anyone know when it will be taken down and what they plan to do with it?

Tidal Wave- R.I.P End of 1991.
Why did SFoG have to steal our treasure... :(

It's not going anywhere.  They are going to build around it.  SFOG still has 6 years, I believe, left on the lease.  Then they can do whatever they want with it.  But it's staying for now.  The proposed hyper willbe constructed over and around it.  It'll be cool as anything.

Georgia Cyclone-The Most A Coaster Can BEEEEEEEE.
Lease? You have me confused here. What lease could they possibly have on a coaster that they purchased from Marriott when they bought SFGAm? If I am missing something here, please let me know.

SFOG has 2 things that belong at SFGAm. Viper and the merri-go-round that used to reside at Riverview park.

"The Peoples Elbow" or "The Spinaroonie?. Cant decide which is the most electrifying move in sports entertainment!!! LOL

Yeah, I want to know where anyone came up with a lease, and if there actually is a lease, then oh well, i can wait 6 years for The Tidal Wave to hit SFGAM...again.

Iron Wolf: Can you stand it?

From what I understand about it Warner Brothers jacked up the price of Viper to around $12 million when they were in control of SFoG. When the lawsuit from share holders happened, Viper became part of the "evidence". Therefore it can't be removed until all court rulings are settled. Someone with more info about this guide me in the right direction if I've strayed at all.

What is life without ups and downs!?!?
That ride needs to stay right where it is. I've heard too much nothing about nothing about the Viper. The only lawsuit I remember hearing about, and was probaly made up or changed as it passed around, was that people investing in the park were POed because all the "new and exciting" rides were NOT coming to SFoG, and that they had to re-innovate the park or loose lots of backing(?), something?

Two classic Schwarzkopf, lap bar loopers in one park is a good thing. Two classic, special Scwarzkopfs at that. Maybe they know not what they have.

Something else that needs to stay is the Free Fall, I've heard the same nothings on it:(.

Someone really NEEDS to sue Six Flags for the poor quality and pathetic state of all the rides at SFAW! "new and exciting" rides NEVER get built at AstroWorld anymore, and they never get painted anymore either!
