IT`s February and Paramount`s Kings Island has said nothing official to the general public about Nickelodeon Central. Why are they waiting so long to give the details to the public? At this rate, if they get a new coaster for 2002, they will be announcing it when they announce 2001`s information! (Anyone know when PKI plans to announce / update their webpage? Also, anyone have any clue what PKI has up their sleeve for 2002?)
I have been noticing lately that people are starting to panic about announcements and construction, but I guarantee that the park officials know what they are doing. After all, they have millions of dollars invested for the 2001 season. So, read the featured editorial, arguably the best one yet. And get ready for the 2001 season. :)

I have no clue why PKI is waiting, but they have their reasons I guess. They are probably just getting everything ready such as adds for the family coaster, and flume ride.
As for the 2002 announcement that would be way to early for PKI to announce. If they do get a large coaster in 2002 I am sure it will be steel, and they can build those much faster.
It will also be PKI's 30th anniversary in 2002. So any new attractions for 2002 should be announced under a seperate add to create a special "30th Anniversary" announcement.
