When will Chiller open?!?!

I know there have been like 1000 threads on Chiller lately, but I just got back from the park. Although i can barely see straight (11 nitro rerides, 4 medusa, 3 batman) I can confirm that chiller was testing ALL day with "water test bodies" in the seats. The ride was operating good, and I would bet to see it open tomorrow. Just thought I'd inform you.

Now, I need to go pass out from exaustion...

Even though it was sill closed for the season passholders, I didn't really care, lol. I got 4 rides in on Nitro...2 in the pitch black. The problem was that they were only running 2 trains and double riding them. Now, the park was empty, but there were still long waits for the rides because they weren't being run at capacity and the double ride. Medusa was running 1 train with the line down the stairs. I didn't even try that, lol.

I thought it was sad to see chiller running with none on it.. I was really looking forward to possibly riding it.

Anyway, I had a great time tonight! All the rides were great but I didnt get on Batman or Medusa! One train operation on double rides.. I dont think so. Otherwise, I got 10 nitro rides, 10 rolling thunder, 1 Viper and 2 great american scream machine. Oh and I could have sworn I saw a bolt fly off the track on GASM during the block brake..

Oh, Coaster131! I saw you in your dragon shirt. That thing really stands out.

I was there also and was very disappointed with the low capacity. How can they expect to give double rides and only run one train? They dropped the ball on this night.

Official word is no ride inspector available until Monday at the earliest. The train seems to be working flawlessly though. - Sandy

physics trip may 17th. Chiller yes, 7 rides...........fun.

Sandy, it has already been inspected and there have been riders. The park is hoping for next week. All problems have since been corrected.

OK...here's how it is:

Ride Inspector is coming to the park tomorrow, 5/6/02. The Chiller will be up and running at least the Batman side next weekend. For employees, it'll be up and running this Friday, for our rides party...BOOYAH! Working at the park has it's benefits...
