Millenneum Force is a roller coaster. Millenneum Force is 15. Fifteen is 7. Seven is 5. Five is 4. Four is 4 so everything is four.
It works for everything, but in my opinion it works best on coasters. What the "everything is four" law means to me is that the world is so simple that we must overanalyze things to a point of redundancy just to understand the way things work. And yet simplicity is redundant.
