When trains/cars are stuck

Some of my rides periodically get stuck. I get a message that a car has not returned. Check to see if it is stuck and see what repairman is doing. How do I get repairman to respond?

I believe if a ride gets stuck, the only way to recover is to close the ride, and then re-open.

Anyone know of another way to correct a stuck ride?

To not lose the guests in line, hit pause, close twice, then open again. he unpause. You might lose about 5-10 people closest to the station, but who cares? :)

Don't Worry- Its ONLY 230 feet tall.

It's good to know that little trick was put in RCT2 from the original.

Is that a Q-bot in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

The awesome thing about that is that the guests pay again for the ride (assuming there's money )

Seeder, Q-bot is something from the chat rooms at Thrill Network....

For me, I make sure there are enough lift hills so that my coasters never get stuck...those free working water rides are another bag of worms.

You could do all that or find another way to get it unstuck...perhaps make a small dip in the track if possible to keep it going, or just revise the ride a bit. I know that cars getting stuck really annoy me, and I notice that it really only happens on the rides such as the Wild Mouses...or Mice?...and the Virginia Reel...and the Side Friction.
