do NOT come from late June to end of August, it is heavily crowded, hellaciously humid, and parks close everyday because of our torrential rain.

Best time to visit Florida??? During Coaster Solace when most of the Coaster geeks are on the west coast freeing up the lines on the east coast. :)
As long as you arrive at IOA or Universal at opening on a non holiday weekday, you shouldnt have much trouble getting on everything you want before 1 PM with minimal waites.
