When does your home park open?

I have noticed that the signs of the off-season are winding down. Parks are opening up and trip reports are coming in. When does your home park open this year? The lucky, mid-atlantic folks don't have to wait too much longer, while myself and other New Englanders have until the 20th of April for SFNE.

This should be interesting...I wonder if MIA is the last to open, as I suspect. We don't get our lovely Timbers again until the 23 of May. Long ways to go yet :(.

Ya that's to bad you have to wait until May 23rd. My home park is SFgadv and it opens for opening day on Friday and thats when im going.

Yeah, for me its SFGADV as well on the 29th (Friday). Sorry you have to wait till may! And then Dorney Park opens on May4... I wonder why its later than a few years back. oh well.

For those who are interested, Big Chief opened this weekend, though none of the coasters were operating. They should be open weekends for the next month or two, but I have no idea when they plan on opening the coasters.

Oaks Park in Portland,Oregon is now open for spring break and weekends and will be open daily starting in June.I will be going there Friday after work for a coaster fix( and its' my birthday!)Hey ,its only a Pinfari Looping Star,but it is the only coaster close to home.

Atlantis104, did you attend the FLCC event at Old Town....we were there on Fri. nite, and the crew running SlingShot said that FLCC was having a get-together there. Shame is we didn't know about it and had plans for the rest of the weekend....

BTW, Windstorm was a really surprising coaster...love those spiral drops!
