When did you first experince Headbanging?

Anaconda @ PKD. Sad to say, the bangin' wasn't even that bad. I still love my baby though!:)
I did a whole lot at the concerts I attended this year (listed below), but I got some unwanted head banging on Vortex, and Outer Limits: Flight of Fear last year.

-------------
Mayday - Memorial Day Weekend - Nonpoint, Nickelback, Oleander, Staind
Ozzfest - June 8 - Drowning Pool, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Black Sabbath
Awake Tour- June 15 - Darwin's Waiting Room, Puddle of Mudd, Deftones, Godsmack

I don't seem to experience head banging too much on Viper at sfmm for some reason, oh well. My first head banging coaster was Revolution at sfmm. Unless rough coasters withought OTSR's count, in that case it would be Psyclone at sfmm.

Drive to theme parks for the food, stay for the coasters!! Knott's Fried Chicken
I was like 7 or 8 on GASM
Not until I went on Revolution.
I didn't expect it to be so rough, but I hadn't been into coasters very long at that point.
Ouch.
Who needs OTSR's.
I never did go on Windjammer. I know everyone says its not even worth going on just to say that you have been on it, but I really wish I could have rode it just once before it was demolished. :(
I'm sure it was awful, but I will try anything once...

Boomerang at Knotts Berry farm
Don't know when was first, but the worst are Vekoma SLCs, Boomerangs, and Arrow megaloopers. Arrow does fine with vertical loops (they're easy to do smoothly), but their transitions between elements are rough and their corkscrews can be painfu, (except PKI's Vortex, which takes the corkscrew at an exquisitely slow pace).... SFMM's Viper is probably also among the best of the lot.  ELIMINATE the unnecessary OTSRs today!

revolution isnt that bad you just gotta put your head against the restraint when it goes into a turn so it doesnt hit

-----------------
"It was sure nice of Mr. Crab to give me a job here!" "And he was sure nice to start you off at $50 an hour! When i started, i had to pay Mr. Crab $100 an hour!"

Revolution probably.  I cant remeber cause those brain cells were all destroyed after the ride ;)

Steel Phantom was the first time I realized it.  I would not have ridden it again if they didnt redo the ride.  That was a toughie on the head!
My first headbanging experience was on my first ever roller coaster ride, Mr. Freeze at SFOT, not that it hurt because of the great restraints, but it was still headbanging. Oh well, we shouldnt have that problem next year! Hopefully....
Steel Phantom was the first and the worst for me.  I always take Exedrin Migraine with me everywhere now, just in case.

The Chicago Loop at Old Chicago.  Anybody here remember the place?
My first headbangers were Viper and GASM at SFGADv but they didn't hurt a bit. My next one was Batman the Chiller but that just made my ears warm. My first real headbanger was Jokers Jinx, man that think can give you a HORRIBLE headache. The only coaster that was worse was Robin but the OTSR's were padded.

Windjammer.  Going down the smooth drop and loop and then thrown in to a mean lean torture device being banged around side to side going at slow crawling speeds, jerking my head in my obstructive horse color, listening to the pains and yelps of other riders as crawling down that warped track, bent, twisted and turned in to a fierce machine with no mercey.

Ok so thats over-dramatic but that is where I felt it.

Steel Phantom was my first and only steel coaster I had been on.

Kennywood is my home park!!!
First headbanging coaster for me was Demon, SFGAm. It was the first OTSR coaster I was ever on, and the headbanging wasn't bad, nor is it now, just when your going into the corkscrews. It took 2 or 3 years before I was on a smooth OTSR coaster, and that was the one, the only B:TR (the 100 foot one, not any of the 105 foot ones.)
-----------------
Hey, SFGAm management, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?
probably the first real intense headbanging i experienced was Drachen Fire when it first opened in 1992...there were some rough spots, especially before they removed the first corkscrew....im sure i got knocked around on SHockwave at PKD as a kid, but i cant remember.

Same here.  I didn't really ride any OTSR coasters before this, at least any I recall (could be because of the OTSRs...).  Gotta think....yep, that is the first one.:)
