Of the 3 times I went to SFGAm this past season, I noticed that the people that come in busses to the park end up leaving around 6:00PM. As soon as that happens I find that the lines for coasters drastically reduces. That gives approximately 4 hours of minimal lines for even the popular coasters (Raging Bull, Viper, Batman:TR). Does this same thing happen at other parks? At SFGAm , that is the best time to hit all of the rides. I love it.

The camp children got to go home in time for bed. There is nothing more irritating than to get of the New Joysie turnpike exit and see that there are a ton of busses with summer camp kids. Dag!
I second that YEEEHAWWW of the buses leaving!!! I like to go to SFGAm after work and it's always nice to see the buses leaving as I'm driving into the half empty parking lot.
That's common among all parks. Usually its 5:00 or 6:00 when everyone leaves, but yeah thank God for shorter lines.
------------- Randy Hutchinson You build it, I'll ride it...eventually
I think SFDL is complete opposite. usually in the evening the lines are a lot longer for some reason...
