If it rolled back, do you think the park would want it going back and forth in the valley for a long time, or stop so they could fix it. (Especially if there were people on board!) I remember reading in an ACE mag... someone wrote an article about riding the OD Hopkins looper in Texas back when it was testing, and had a roll back. They said the 20-30 minutes before it finally stopped were pretty unpleasant.

Theme parks will NEVER be the same!
I'd be willing to bet money that the brake on the track coming up from underneath the brake run is a trim. There is no way it could valley in that spot, because the change in elevation from the drop out of the PL is so great compared to that of the right turn after the bottom of that drop.

Boy, it looks like you may have to trademark that one. It seems to need repeating a lot like "CP doesn't have a space problem"
Folks, why would they purposely trim the bottom of the first drop? It doesn't make sense. (Other than for rollback purposes!) Any trims on first drops are up at the top, because that's what they are used to do...trim! For example, Mantis, Mean Streak, Excalibur, and so on...)
