Whats up with dollywood ? 2007 season update

The latest buzz on Mystery Mine is that the ride may be a Gerstlauer Eurofighter style coaster, though the big drop into the mine may have been reduced to 90 feet but it will more than likely be a vertical or beyond vertical drop. Once you enter the “mine” we’re hearing all kinds of things about animatronic miners, bears and a big fireball effect.

Like I said about the big name ride devolpers ...

We all know this already...did you have a point to make or question to ask?
1. From what this update says it did'nt mention woodin wild mouse, unless it is a new style of the woodin wild mouse.

2. As far as I know the ride will more than likly be in the old luck seven mine.

It's not a wooden wild mouse. That rumor has already been debunked.
my point exactly !

Can someone rehash what we know so far again about what Dollywood is getting in 2007? I don't think I get it.

I heard that the park will build Mystery Mine for 2007. This major attraction will be an indoor / outdoor wooden wild mouse style coaster ride. The ride will use up to 8 cars able to hold six riders each, that will start off their adventure with a 120 foot drop right down into a dark mine shaft. Inside the adventure will feature many special effects like animatronics, fog, scary robot bears, a fireball effect and an extensive themed queue. This may be Dollywood’s largest project to date.
I also heard a rumor that Dollywood has approved plans to add a large heavily themed attraction for 2007 in the neighborhood of $17 million. I’ve also heard that they have hired a couple of big attraction producers who are normally known for their works in Orlando and California to run the show.

Does this help?

6 riders each? Eurofighters use short trains of 2 cars, 4 across per car... So either its 6 trains or the info is wrong.
Owwwwww... I have such a headache...
A lot of us (everyone I think) already read Screamscape.

Did you quote that ride discription word from word, CoasterCraze?

The latest buzz on the 2006 season is that Dollywood may, I repeat MAY, open up North America's First Huss Topple Tower. I have heard the ride will appear in the Thunderhead Gap area and that it will be 65 feet tall. There is even talk that the ride will be called "Timber Tower," and that the area will invoke a Lumber Jack Camp Theme. This is just speculation, of course, but I have my sources.

Other rumors I have heard include a new Inverted B&M Coaster for a Kansas City, Missouri park (to be named later...I don't want to give away sources), and the possibility of a new "Holiday" for Holiday World. Word on the street is Easter Bunnies will be featured prominently in Santa Claus, Indiana! I can't wait!

Most of the time these rumors are pretty accurate!

That's rediculous. There is already a B&M invert in Mo and Holiday World has... *counting* how many holidays already? Don't even getting started on this... "topple tower." ;)

Wait...so you're saying that "the latest buzz" is actually not the LATEST buzz... :)

Maybe I do spend too much time here? ;)

CoasterCraze,

If you can't understand sarcasm, then no one on this board can help you.

Do you understand what people are saying in response to your first post? Do you understand that, as someone mentioned before, everyone who posts here usually is familiar with the rumors Lance publishes on ScreamScape? Do you see the similarity between your rumors (almost all of the posts you have started are about Dollywood Rumers) and what Lance is writing on his website?

I posted the 2006 stuff to be funny, to state the obvious, just like you do whenever you post.

Good luck, my man. Here's hoping you meet the height requirements for the new Eurofighter with 10 rows of 5 seats.

You were being sarcastic?
