whats togo's problems?

Why is it that a lot of togos are complete failures, or close to complete failures. Do they just not spend enough time on coasters as B+M , Morgan or the other leading designers. IT just seems like to me the few togos I have ridden were a waste of my time and seemed poorly designed. also who thinks togo has a good chance of going out of business
