About six years ago my friend and I were going to Hershey and we called them and they were closed because of a severe storm. We then called Knoebel's and they stated "As you know, we run our coasters in the rain". Needless to say, we rode the Phoenix in a downpour. It was so bad that the rain was like a waterfall over the entrance to the tunnel. I hurt my neck trying to escape the bullet sized pellets of rain. The train barrelled through the station and back up the lift, and off we were again.
