What`s the latest on the SoB lawsuit?
I know that PKI was suing Roller Coaster Corporation of America. Last I heard is that RCCA was saying its PKI`s fault. I`ve heard a rumor that RCCA and PKi will settle out of court if RCCA builds PKI another wooden coaster. (I highly doubt this, especially with all the troubles encountered with SoB) What is the latest on the position of the lawsuit? (Does anyone know?)
All that was mentioned at No Coaster was that the suit exists. No details mentioned for legal reasons.
