What's the difference between and Invertigo, Super

I've been wondering this for awhile. Can someone shed some light on it?? I think the difference between an Invertigo and a Boomerang is that the Invertigo is inverted and the boomerang is not. But a Super-Invertigo and an Invertigo?? Is it the vertical towers??

I think it is simply that the scale is larger. It does have vertical spikes where the regular invertigo does not, but I think that fact is incidental. I think it is the size that makes it "super".

also the tracks will cross over at about where the station will be rather than meeting at a point near the tops of the spikes

Three main differences between the two:
Super-Vertical 180-200 foot lifts.
Invertigo-Normal angle 137 foot lifts.

Super-Height of the Inversions higher.
Invertigo-Normal Height.

Super-Crosses through AND over station.
Invertigo-Crosses through station.

It will pull you backwards up the first vertical spike, just like a regular Boomerang.

But it will use a cable lift like MF, so the lift will be short and fast.

Figuring that MF gets you up there in about 22 seconds, this lift hill should be roughly 12 or so seconds long.

You might sprint to V2 on May 5 at SFGAm, but I wouldn't count on it being open. SFGAm's new coaster have traditionally NOT been open the first weekend, but we can always hope.
