What's Gwazi like?

This ride to me looks awesome! How does it ride?

I wasn't over impressed with Gwazi, it has some good laterals, but no airtime, and the dueling isn't much good either.

Lightning Racer is much better - smoother, some airtime, and LOTS more fun.

When I rode Gwazi in the back (which is where is usually ride) it was a good ride. But when I rode in the front--it was wonderful! Lots of airtime :) I can't wait to get back to Florida and ride it again (and again!)

it's ok nothing to brag about

It's not anywhere near as good as it looks.

It looks better then it rides. It was the smoothest wooden coaster I have ever been on though. It isn't that bad of a ride. Nice theming and station music.

It's a good ride. It wasn't designed for airtime, it's a twister. There is virtually no flat track the entire ride, which makes for good lateral G's. The dueling aspect was disappointing though. You never get that close to the other train, and when you do, there's a net there. The theming and music are cool, and I love the beginning, coming out of the station and crossing by the other train. Definitely a fun ride.

Forgot to mention this is the slowest loading woodie on the planet. I waited 40 minutes for the front and there were only 10 people before me. Five minute despatch time with one train on each track - the last thing you want in the Florida heat!

I'll be the first to say that it's awesome. The laterals are great, and the duelling is cool too. IMO, it's a toss up between Montu and Gwazi for the best ride in the park.
