Whatever happened to the SoB lawsuit?

I was wandering what happened to the lawsuit that Paramount Parks filed againt the Roller Coaster Corporation of America, Son of Beast`s design firm, and the lumber supplier for Son of Beast.  I know Paramount filed the suit almost a year ago, but I have yet to hear how it was resolved.  I do remember hearing that it was going to be resolved out of court but don`t remember.  Also, Does anyone think we`ll ever see tunnels on Son of Beast?

Aren't they supposed to tunnel the first helix? That's what I have always heard.

I hope they tunnel it. It's a great ride it just needs the tunnels.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was settled out of court. Because the terms of the settlement are rarely made public, you'd probably never hear about it. Maybe someone at one of the Cinci papers will get bored one day and ask about it.
