Whatever happened to the Setpoint Seismic?

Not sure if anyone else remembers seeing the concept model and drawings for this coaster a couple of years ago, but it looked like a pretty cool idea. If you didn't, picture an X train but the cars ran on a single rail below the trains...and if memory serves correct it was designed as a racing coaster. Just was curious if anyone new what became of it.

Is Setpoint still in business? I used to get press releases from them about small things and an invite to visit them at IAAPA. Last fall they weren't at the show at all.

I'm suprised we haven't heard any news from them. On a side note their website is still up, not that it means much.
