That site isn't bad or evil. The only problem I have is that she quotes the CPSC, which as we've seen time and time again, is about as statistically reliable as an abacus in the hands of a chimp.
Then again, that sure is justification for centralized reporting, isn't it?

sorry for the confusion, she does have good stuff on her website, but only the negative towards coasters stuff. If she is gonna have facts, have ALL the facts I say.

Six Flags Magic Mountain is the place to be for top notch thrills in 2002! X is the ultimate thrill machine!
The person behind that site, Kathy Fackler, has been working harder than just about anybody else to get meaningful ride safety legislation passed in the State of California. She's an interesting person...yes, she's a ride accident victim (her son got his foot mangled on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad some years ago), but strangely enough, she has an engineering background, and she's a huge advocate for rider responsibility. But she also believes that rider responsibility requires informed riders, and that rider protection needs to start with engineering. When you get right down to it, the basics of what she's advocating are not that different from what we want.
To put my opinion another way, have a look at my page, scroll down, and notice that the saferparks.org logo and link are located right under the CoasterBuzz logo.
