What the poo?

http://www.rcdb.com/installationdetail1522.htm

Could this be a S:TE/ToT clone? If not, what could this be???

A big ball of poo!

Look at that track length, that's NO clone...that's the world's longest coaster track, even longer than SD2K!  Europe is getting closer every day...with a 2003 opening date anticipated, I can see how they'd need to start "early" on a monster of that size!  BTW, thread names are pretty important in keeping the forum orderly, not hassling you, just a note...

i dont think so because compare it to S:TE and ToT look at the length (8202 feet compared to 1235) while the height and speed is still the same... so it might be just a lot longer or some weird thing...
It's their new giga coming in 2003, there was a post on here a little while ago about it with a picture of the layout.

Here's the link to the layout http://www.themeparkvision.net/Data/Lid/140/Pic4_big.jpg

Some are now saying the layout is fake but I think it's BS b/c no kid with RCT could of made a drawaing like this lol

If it's for real it's definitely designed for speed.

That's cool, just wondered what it was...I guess I should've looked at the track length before I opened my mouth about S:TE and ToT

Looks kind of like a king-sized Millenium Force.

Yes, speed would be right, all the track laying real close to the ground...but those two main hills in the layout look like they'd prodce quite a bit of ejector air (the steepness going down compared to going up the hill!).

Yet another coaster-craving yuppie
The Germans are building lots of huge non-looping coasters: Colossus, Expedition Ge-Force, Silver Star and now this Heide Park giga!

Spain seems to rule when it comes to looping B&Ms, as they have Superman, Batman and Dragon Khan.

Unfortunately I live in England!

That ride looks awesome, I bet it is for speed because there is a huge camel back in one of the later elements.  Too bad it is in germany.

Hey, let's start a rumor about this one! We can say they are building it at...saaayyy...Knott's? ;)

Seriously though, what a neat layout! If the park has a lot of trees, it will be supercool!

Yeeee Haaawwww!

Can we say Millennium Force Clone?
Millennium Force Clone. I said it. Doesn't mean a thing. It isn't a MF clone, clones usually are not 1607 feet longer and 67 feet taller. If you really feel the need to defend your deiety that much, go ahead. But the truth is it is not a clone, it's anything but a clone.

<sarcasm>Yeah, with your good parks and the long operating season, the great woodies and the damp weather, we feel for you.  The legal system's view on liability means restraints aren't overdone the way they are here (not that I've been over the pond, yet, but that's my understanding from what I've read).  </sarcasm>
I guess we ALL want to ride coasters around the globe now, though...

Son of Drop Zone - PKI CoasterCamp I Champions!!!

Like I said in the other thread about this, this looks to be a coaster that could de-throne MF. I wouldn't be upset, good for them...what better company to top itself than Intamin? Intamin is sure making a big name for itself in the past 3 years.

ATTN: Jeff !!!

I know this should go in the suggestions forum (and perhaps I will paste it there too), but why don't you revise POP Forums so that members can edit the title as well as the body of postings ? I know it is probably so that people can keep better track of conversations they are in, or to help maintain database integrity, but you could solve that by automatically e-mailing members who have posted under that topic, and notify them that it has a different title, or have the original title in [brackets] behind the new title (in smaller text), or something like that. It would be great for situations like this one.

Wow, it's fairly hidden in rcdb.com, you have to poke around for it a little. There's not a New for 2003 section up, yet(imagine that! 2003). 67 foot taller, and 99 miles per hours.

Its almost 400ft tall, that is huge and it will make a big difference than MF. Intamin is really bringing some big coasters
