What order should I go on the rides at CP?

In what order should I go on roller coasters at CP if I go on a Sunday? I had planned to go on MF and WT first but learning thats thats not the best to do, I changed my plans. Then I learned Sundays were one of the least crowded days of the week. Now what order should I ride them in? Thanks. Maybe a person with CP in there screen name could help me. ;-)

1.Octopus

2.Snoopy on Ice

3.Snake River Falls

Then you should go home ;)

Well, I may not have Cedar Point in my screen name, but I may be able to help you anyway. From my experience at Cedar Point, it doesn't matter what order you ride the rides in. There are so many rides and the operators move the lines so quickly that it is extremely easy to hit every ride in the park by closing. Take your time and enjoy the park. And, in the event that you dont get all the rides in, that's just another excuse to go back again next year!

Intelligence is a God given gift: Know how to use it.

On Sunday morning, there will be a mad dash to Millennium Force by nearly everyone at the gates. Where they turn left at the fork by Coasters restaurant, you go right...no matter how tempting it is to go left. :) This will allow you to get a ride on Magnum (a couple times :) ), Gemini, Mean Streak, and Cedar Creek Mine Ride before any of the crowds get to the back of the park.

After you ride these, either take the train back to MF, or walk down the Frontier Trail. This is when you should get a hand stamp for MF later in the day. After you get it stamped, make a decision to ride MF or not depending on the wait. Mantis will probably also have a long line...you shouldn't ride it yet. It's crowds dwindle as it gets into the late afternoon and early evening. This is the same with Raptor. Many guests see Raptor first so they ride it in the morning, making for a long wait. Around 3-4 in the afternoon, the lines will be no longer that 15 minutes.

Enjoy the day! If you head to the back of the park first, and progressively work towards the front of the park, you won't see any crowds before noon.

Look familiar, PlayerPunk89...I too have 2 alias's. :)

I agree with CPgenius. I think if you hit MF first, it kinda ruins the rest of the rides. I like to work up to the Millennium and enjoy each ride for what it is. If you have never been to The Point, you can download a map from www.cedarpoint.com and use it to make a game plan. You should have no trouble getting at least a coule of rides on the big coasters and all of the small rides that you want.

You have to ride Chaos unless your not a spinny ride kinda person. If you rock the car, this ride will blow you away. Enjoy your trip.

The worst day at Cedar Point is better than the best day at work.
