What Makes Magnum so Great?

I have never been on Magnum. What makes it a #1 coaster?

Nothing makes Magunm a number #1 coaster.

What Made it a #1 Coaster then

everything, it's awesome!

A couple of excellent air time hills on the way out. Then the truly great part of the ride, the return run. A series of perfect bunny hops combined with perfectly spaced tunnels and even mists to keep the bunnies from becoming repetitious.

Also a great view of Lake Erie as you are going over the first 3 hills. Plus the tradition of it being the coaster that started the Coaster Boom of the 90's.

As they say its all about Location, Location, Location. A cloned ride in another park would not be nearly as good because of the lack of the awesome view of the lake as you are riding the ride.

This is very much the kind of topic that doesn't go well here. Some people love Magnum, some people don't, let's leave it at that.
