What is this near SFMWs V2?

I know these constructon pics are kind of old but i was looking at them and i noticed this woodne thing. I think it looks like an exit ramp but im not sure. Tell me what you think it is.

Thats's what it looks like to me, too. It could also be a curb that they are making, maybe to plant some shrubbery or flowers or something. Sort of like a barrier between the ride and the que line or a walkway possibly.
