I think the thuderbolt ride.
Flat Ride or Coaster?
ride:
The Kangaroo
Coasters:
The Racer I personally like the Kennywood handshake (at least when there are ACER's or other coaster people in the other train)
My real favorite is no more. :(

Not Too Shabby For A Summer
For flat rides, I agree with coasterpunk about the Kangaroo. The Turtle is great too. Both are nearly extinct. What a shame. They're good warm ups for future coaster riders.
Actually while I'm thinking about it the Car Race (name?) was fun too.
The only coaster I was on there was the Racer. Which was great but I don't recommend it as a first for a child.
Exterminator is far better than any ride at Kennywood.

What is life without geniuses?
For flat ride, tie between Kangaroo (love that ramp), Bayern Kurve (awesome G'S) and Aero 360
For coaster, tie between Exterminator and Jack Rabbit
Exterminator if my favorite coaster.
The Log Jammer; water rides.
And Aero 360 for flat rides.

...tails
The best ride at Kennywood is Thunderbolt. It has a very unique design, and although not incredibly intense, it is all about fun. There is great air on every drop, and the spaghetti bowl is full of strong laterals that can be enjoyed without seat dividers. Great ride!
Aero 360 IMO was very boring it didn't really do anything, it was basically just a SLC in a countinuous loop (not pulling many G's either).

How can you choose?? Gosh, this is tough.
Flat Ride: Bayern Kurve by far.
But, coasters...wow, I can't decide. They took out the one I loved. The Exterminator is a great ride...and the 3 woodies are classics, individually. Each one has a uniqueness to them. Spaghetti, Racing, Double Dip... I can't decide...where is Buzzer's Anonymous when you need it?

There's nothing like a woodie...
Hey Woody! I think your thinking of kennywoods food instead of the rides. Spaghetti, Racing, Double Dip. Are you getting a plate of pasta and running for dessert! :)

You gotta love Noah's Ark.
I still believe that Exterminator was far superior to any other ride at Kennywood.

I
I would have said SP, and since PR is not built yet my vote goes to the Jack Rabbit
My favorite flat ride has got to be Aero 360, with the Kangaroo and Pirate ship close behind. My favorite coaster up until I ride PR is the Thunderbolt.

Now that the phantom is gone, for coaster I would say the exterminator. and the Aero 360 for a not-so-flat flat ride
