What has become of Ocean View Park's former land?

As many of you know, Ocean View Park (VA) closed in the late 1970's.

What has happened to the land where the park once stood, and how long did the remains of the park sit before its present development?

It's empty beachfront last I saw/heard. It was demolished for a proposed condiminium (sp??) development that never happened.

The park was completely demolished once filming of the made for TV movie was complete. It did not stand very long after that.
