What happened to coastercount.com?

I just tried to access the website coastercount.com, which is a site that keeps personal track records of coasters and favorites lists, and everytime I go to it, a website for some online clothing store comes up! Is Coastercount gone? Or did its web address change? Any info would be appreciated.
Same with me but I have no idea where it is or what happened to it.

It's been gone for quite a while. If I remember correctly it will not be coming back.

It was run by Tyler Eaves (he currently does coastergames.net) and I believe I read on a message board at coastergames.net that he dropped the site.

That's a shame. It was a good site. Oh well......Guess this means I'll just have all the more online time to devote to CB! ;)

anyone think there is a demand for another site like it?

I use the track record here on CB (as a club member), but honestly, why not just keep your track record on your own PC? I've got a track record on my PC that is much more enhanced with personal opinion and memories. Not to mention I can save it onto a disk or CD as a backup.

CoasterCount? Yeah, I remember when it was called CoasterBuzz, despite a silly "press release" that it was the "first." I hate when people try to bite from the JP.

I suppose imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Referring to yourself in the third person now, Jeff?

Cool. :) It has more street cred.

While Coasterbuzz is a great place to keep your track record I also recommend everyone keep a second copy on their PC and a back up on a disc if possible. I find an excel spreadsheet works well, especially since you can have multiple tabs, one for your entire count, one for wood, and one for steel.
