I was looking at the Roller Coaster Rollback and decided to look at what happend on December 7'Th. Well here is what has happend on my birthday.

12/7/1994 - Rocky Glen Comet, designed by John Allen in 1959, is demolished.

9/4/1967 - Riverview Park closes.
9/4/1978 - Ohio's Chippewa Lake Park closes. Portions of the coaster are still standing.
9/4/1989 - Crystal Beach Park closes.

12/31/1989 - Two carousel horses are stolen from Idlewild Park, Ligonier, Pennsylvania. The horses were later recovered.

I would hope that something much more positive happened on 12/31/1967 besides ME, of course!
